Connekly staging terms

Draft version: 2026-10-12. These disclosures describe the staging MVP and require review before public launch.

Staging use

Connekly helps small and mid-sized businesses turn customer interactions into sales. This staging application is intended for testing with test business and contact data. Use accounts and forms lawfully and submit only data you are authorized to provide.

Accounts and business access

Accounts require email verification. Business administrators configure branding, capture forms, consent wording, QR codes and pipeline stages. Business data is stored in a shared database with access controls for business members and authorized Connekly support administrators.

Plans

The currently selected plan and QR allowance are displayed during onboarding. A 14-day trial is configured for the launch plans. Billing is not implemented in this MVP; selecting a plan does not charge you. Trial expiry or suspension can disable dashboard and capture access. Final commercial terms must be confirmed before public launch.

Contact capture

Businesses are responsible for accurately describing the purpose of their forms and obtaining appropriate permission to contact customers. Submission consent is recorded with the accepted wording, version, timestamp and source. This app does not send email or SMS campaigns.

Data and service readiness

Data is stored on the server and can be exported from the dashboard. Production backup, restore, retention, support and deletion procedures must be finalized before live customer use. Staging may be reset as part of testing.
