Draft version: 2026-10-12. This staging disclosure requires review before public launch. Use test data during staging.
The application handles account email and authentication information, business profiles and memberships, pipeline stages, QR sources and campaigns, scan-resolution timestamps, submitted contact fields, lead notes, and consent wording, version, source and acceptance timestamp. Businesses choose which contact fields their forms request.
Account authentication and business data are handled by the configured Supabase/PostgreSQL service. Business data is stored on the server rather than exclusively on your device. Browser storage holds authentication session information. Business members with access and authorized Connekly support administrators can view business data. Public pages expose branding and form configuration; they do not expose stored leads.
Information supports account access, customer inquiries, source attribution, lead management and basic scan and conversion reporting. Connekly does not implement advertising pixels, email campaigns or SMS campaigns in this MVP.
A business may configure an externally hosted logo and links to its website or social pages. Loading a logo or following a link can send information such as your IP address to that external provider. QR images are generated in the browser without sending the QR URL to an external image service.
Production retention, deletion, privacy contact and support procedures must be finalized before launch. Staging data may be reset during tests. Contact the business that operates a capture page about the inquiry you submitted.
